The Balloon Lamp is a simple way to add some unique decor to any room. Designed by Kouichi Okamoto, this unusual lighting uses high-intensity LED lights to brighten any room in which you hang the lamps.
The energy efficient lights are able to produce over 100 hours of lighting by means of the included lithium ion watch batteries.
The lighting is very casual in nature and as such, it isn’t made for a formal living room or dining room. Rather, this would be a nice hanging lamp, well suited for a porch or a party room.
What makes this lighting even more convenient is that because it is battery operated, there are no challenges in finding a nearby wall outlet for power. Hence, if you want to hang the light up high or in a corner of the room, this would not be an issue.
The Balloon Lamp comes with 2 white balloons, but of course, if you’re having a themed party that calls for colored lights, then you can use any color balloons that you like.
