At CeBIT, Asus announced a new laptop design themed after the Lamborghini Reventon sports car.

The new VX5 will feature a highly-styled chassis that replicates the strong lines seen on the Lamborghini. In terms of specifications, the VX5 will come with a 1TB solid state drive (SSD), an Intel Core 2 Quad CPU and 4GB of RAM.

This laptop is about performance and keeping with this theme, the VX5 also includes a TwinTurbo mode which can be activated with a single button. Once activated, the laptop will have a marked performance improvement for both the CPU and GPU.

Additional features of this cool laptop include a keyboard that illuminates in low lighting conditions as well as a Blu-ray disc optical drive.

There is no word yet as to pricing or a release date, but this would be a cool gift idea for racing fans that appreciate the beauty of the Lamborghini sports car.
