It looks like the Apple Might Mouse may get an upgrade that will coincide with the rumored iMAC desktop computer.
What changes are planned for such a simple mouse?
First, the current Apple mouse has had issues with it’s mechanical trackball. The new mouse will move away from this feature, replacing it with two touch sensitive patches.
In addition, the new mice are expected to have a change in their finishing, replacing the white polycarbonate with an aluminum finish that will again match the new desktops.
I think many consumers would welcome a metal mouse but of course, these are just rumors until Apple officially confirms these changes.
