The moment that Apple app developers have been waiting for. Apple has sent an email out to devs advising that they are now accepting iPad apps to be considered for inclusion in the new iPad app store. In order to have your iPad app available in the store for its grand opening, you must have have uploaded your signed app through iTunes connect by Saturday, March 27th 5pm PDT.
Once the App Review Team receives your app, they will review it in due course and offer feedback about its readiness. Additionally, if the app meets the necessary guidelines, developers will also receive further information about the final review process which will take place before the iPad ships on April 3rd, the same day that the iPad app store opens for business.
It is important to note that only apps that have been build and tested using iPhone SDK 3.2 beta 5 will be considered. The beta 5 SDK is available through the iPhone Dev Center.
