
June may be the month of the Apple iPhone 4 which be available through a number of different outlets including Walmart, Best Buy and Radio Shack, but it’s not the only handset to be available this month. AT&T has disclosed that their customer base will be able to get their hands on an Android 2.1 OS HTC Aria starting June 20th.
The bottom price on the Aria will be $129.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate. The hardware specifications on this pocket-sized handset include a 600MHz Qualcomm processor, a 3.2-inch touchscreen display with 320×480 pixel resolution, 5MP digital camera and a 2GB microSD card. If you’re interested in this HTC product, circle June 20th as that is the date that this Quadband EDGE (850/900/1800/1900), dual band HSPA (850/1900) with WiFi and aGPS will be available. The handset can be picked up through any AT&T retail stores or through the web portal. Note that you will need to sign a 2-year AT&T service contract to receive this promotional price.
