An Alarm Clock Arnold Would Be Proud Of

There’s no denying that obesity is on the rise and has reached epidemic proportions. Without intervention, the lifestyles that people are accustomed to will greatly diminish. Sure, we’ve all heard the recommendations including making exercise a daily part of your life. Walk for life is the call.

Even with all of this urging, exercise is still a challenge for some to fit into their daily routine. The only way to get some to exercise is by taking away something they like. Let’s see, what can we take away, how about sleep?

The dumb-bell alarm clock is an interesting design for an alarm clock. Once the alarm rings at the appointed time, the only option you have to turn it off is to complete a designated number of arm curls. Failure is not an option because until the reps are done, the alarm will not turn off.
