At WES 2010, a prototype of the Allerta inPulse BlackBerry watch was presented. The Bluetooth enabled watch is said to be the very first Blackberry “smartwatch” accessory and is meant to be used in those situations where you may want to have a quick glance at your email messages, calender appointments or callerID content but don’t feel like pulling out your BB.
The Allerta inPulse BlackBerry watch will include an AMOLED display that has clear visibility under both poor lighting conditions and direct sunlight. It looks like the watches has an estimated delivery date of June 8th and can be pre-ordered for $149.
