Adobe Photoshop is the gold standard of photo editing software. In a limited version, it was recently made available on the iPhone, and today, Adobe is porting their application to Android, joining the ranks of other applications such as Slacker Radio.

With Photoshop.com Mobile, you’ll have access to basic photo editing features such as flip, crop and rotate. The mobile application also takes advantage of the interactive touchscreen display as a simple finger gesture can be used to adjust saturation and tint levels.
Adobe has released an official video detailing the benefits of their new application. It’s well recognized that Apple is the market leader when it comes to third party applications, topping 100,000 different applications, but this announcement by an industry leader shows that Android is continuing to mature and grow.
