In concept, Pico projectors seem to have the makings of a good idea, but for one reason or another, we just haven’t seen these devices become as popular as one would expect. However, there is still sufficient demand for these gadgets that every now and then, a new model is released.
Such is the case with the M1 limited projector by AAXA Technologies. The M1 limited is the brightest pico projector available through AAXA technologies. Not only does the unit come with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and SVGA 800×600 pixel resolution, but it is also capable of supporting up to 75 ANSI lumens. The device which makes use of white LED lamps that have been rated for 15,000 hours of use before they need to be replaced, has the ability to project an image that is 100-inches diagonally.
In terms of connectivity, the M1 Limited includes the standard composite connections but it also supports the more modern USB connecitvity and SD memory cards. With 1GB of internal memory, this pico projector is available for pre-orders for $299.
