Last year, the folks over at Geeky Gadgets came up with a do it yourself design for an Apple iPhone stand and with the iPad rolling out this year, it was time to create a stand for the Apple tablet.

This stand is made out of nothing more then 4 elastic bands and 6 pencils, with each pencil having an eraser on its tip to provide a certain degree of friction so that the iPad remains in place and doesn’t slip.
