7-inch iPad Looks Like An iPhone 4

Apple is reported to be preparing a smaller version of their iPad that will feature a 7-inch display screen. According to rumors that are originating out of China, this new Apple device will look more like an iPhone 4 then it will a miniature iPad.

The speculation is that a 7-inch iPad is a given and that Apple is in fact preparing 5 different versions of this tablet in an effort to throw off news journalists seeking to get the scoop on the next big Apple product. The real model is said to have similarities with the iPhone 4 and when you consider the fact that the device will have FaceTime support and hence a front facing camera, this does seem to make sense and even more so when the new size is taken into account.

Since we’re keeping on the topic of appearance and the similarities between the two devices, we have to ask, will Apple ever release a white iPad, especially with all of the issues that the white iPhone 4 launch has had?
